Job Hunting
Hehe okay so i lost hope on haagen dasz, nobody called. Met bedah and had brunch at macdonald. Called one woman who asked us to come down this friday for interview, heheh teach primary school kids.
Next we head down to somerset and just walk around while waiting for the time to strike 2pm. So LOL. We walk for about an hour looking for bubble tea -.- but ended up drinking milkshakes from macdonald. Then bedah went for an interview at john little headquarters and got the job! Hahar lucky her. And while waiting for her i waited outside and overheard 3 guys conversation (filling in forms).
Boy1: Eh this question ask when can i start work?
Boy2: I put next monday ah.
Boy1: Next monday what date??
Boy3: *Taking out his hp* Its 26 february 2006.
*Silence for about 2-3 minutes* They just continue filling in their respectives forms.
I was down there trying to hold back my laughter!! OMG 2006?!?! I think they really lagging behind time. Next conversation...
Boy1: Eh why they ask what shift i can work?
Boy2: I can only work at night, put at night la after school.
Boy1: Okay.
Boy1: *look at his two friends with a dumb look* Am i pregnant???
*They burst out in laughter!*
OMG laaa seriously this boy1 never apply for job before. I was trying so hardddd to hold back my laughter and kept wondering when on earth is bedah coming out.
Anyway we drop by suntec city and head down to marina square. Muahaa i saw FAMOUS AMOS!! And they needed part timer. Haaah!! Obviously i went over and apply for it, so i really really hope they'll call me on friday/saturday. I've long wanted to work at famous amos. Who doesnt right? *HINThint to MONSTER!!* LOL. Did some window shopping but the best part was chatting & crapping with bedah. Talking about our past and talking about almost anyone who we can think of. I really enjoy it like loads(:
And now... I CANT WAIT FOR TOMORROW!! Muaha tai-tais outing!! Cycling at east coast and then screaming session at k-box. This is tai-tais life. LOL. And yah im so so so happy that ella's coming tomorrow too! I miss gossiping & bitching with her. LOL.
